Very friendly and helpful staff. I needed an aqua stat for my wood boiler and staff was very helpful on finding me the correct part at a reasonable price. If you need the right part and have any questions about the part this is definitely the place to go. I will definitely be a return customer.

My family had a horrible and uncomfortable interaction with one of the owners of this company when my family was at farm fest in Springfield, MO. My service dog got sick and we were trying to get him to the grass before he threw up. My dog got some slobber on the concrete when the owner of this company came up to us and proceeded to get mad that we were taking him to the grass, and went and get a roll of paper towels and told us rudely that was to clean up after our dog. As dog owners, we were fully prepared to clean up after our dog with no issue. The problem was that this business owner was completely rude and disrespectful. When we took a picture for the contact information on the banner that was displayed across their booth, he proceeded to take pictures of us with our dog. When he was asked to delete them, he refused to delete them, stating that we did the same thing. The picture of only the banner, that we took, was shown to him and yet he still refused to delete them. It was a complete invasion of privacy to the point of violation. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with a company that obviously has no sense of family or has any business representing themselves in a familial environment. If you want your family disrespected, berated and violated, by all means. Do business with them.

I purchased a HeatSource1 Outdoor Wood Burning Furnace 6 years ago and Love it! Good Quality Construction, Great Customer Service! Since then I have purchased powder coated signs, custom made trailor ramps and a tree cutter attachment for small tractors or 4 wheelers. All good quality construction!

We have had several custom made signs done at CVR Manufacturing. Some of these were 4H signs for our granddaughters. They also custom made a firepit for us. They provided us with replacement parts for our wood stove and have excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company!

I bought a stove about 5 years ago. When they installed it they were in such a hurry to get it done they didn't want to answer my questions. They told me I could put water in spout on top of stove and there wasn't enough water in it after it came out of the top. So my stove went dry. They replaced the part and said I had a bubble in it so it didn't fill properly. Then they showed me how to fill it properly. I have had nothing but problem with the stove. The ashes don't drop down like they should and I have to take them out of the top. There is times I have big chunks of ashes stuck together. I took some to the owner for him to see and he said he didn't know why that was happening. I have to put water in my stove about once a month and if I don't then it doesn't heat my house. I have complained every winter about this stove not working properly and I don't get any satisfaction. He told me today that the warranty is off because I let it go dry. And he gave me a manual to read so I would know how to properly use my stove. He did give me a manual but not all people can understand them and best if they are shone. I am very dissatisfied with the stove. Hope you have better luck. I would not recommend this stove.
