I rarely give out five stars, but CYCL CRFT provided exactly the service I needed. My chain was broken and a front changer was out of alignment beyond my ability to fix. Maybe it was because I arrived near the end of the business day (3p for CYCL CRFT), but Mike provided a new chain and fixed the front changer in 15 minutes while I waited. No other bike shop I contacted could provide such a quick turn around and no other bike shop I contacted was as reasonably priced. My bike rides better than ever. CYCL CRFT focuses exclusively on repair and if that is what you need, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have gone to Mike and Jeremy for several years as my # 1 bike shop. They have overhauled my road bike and gravel grinder previously. Today I had a a broken derailleur cable on one bike and a bad cleat on the other. Both were fixed within the hour. While I was there other customers came in that ranged from serious cyclists to families. I can't recommend them enough.

Mike at CYCL CRFT is the only mechanic I let work on my bikes! (2 road, 1 gravel). Fabulous service whether it’s in the shop, in my driveway or at local group rides/events. Very quick turnaround - rarely does he need to keep my bike, and it’s usually only when a proprietary component/part is needed & has to be ordered.
