We had our furnace repaired in Cypress. Francis was fantastic! He really cares about customers and is very professional, fair, and quick to respond. My whole experience was excellent. Francis took the time to explain everything about the heater in a way that was super easy to understand, so I knew exactly what the problem was and what the repair options were. He was honest and made sure I knew what repairs were necessary and which ones were just optional, without trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. Other places tried to push extra services, but here I felt comfortable and well informed. The estimate wasn’t the cheapest, but for the quality, it was one of the best. Francis truly goes the extra mile to make sure you get the right heater system for your home. I definitely recommend Cypress HVAC Proz for any heater repair!

Our air conditioning system had stopped working, and it was over 25 years old. We recently had our furnace and AC replaced by Cypress HVAC Proz, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Our sales representative, Mike, was fantastic and guided us throughout the entire process. He provided honest recommendations without pushing us toward the most expensive options. Ultimately, we chose a heat pump system since we have solar panels and took advantage of the available rebates. The installation team, Ricky and Francis, did a wonderful job. Many thanks to Carson for fixing the HVAC system for my wine cellar in Cypress. I must have reached out to numerous HVAC service providers and even a refrigeration service while he was away, but none of them were willing to handle my unit. Fantastic service at a fair price. Cypress HVAC Proz always responds promptly and are courteous and accommodating. I had tenants left without heating due to a furnace breakdown. Fortunately, Mike from the team was nearby and managed to resolve the issue within an hour. My tenants and I were both pleased with the swift action! A few months later, another problem arose at a property I manage late in the evening. I reached out to Mike as his contact details were readily available to me. He responded immediately, despite it being his day off, and kindly directed me to the main office line to get assistance. His colleague, Ricky, arrived the same day to provide aid. I had Cypress HVAC Proz install a new AC unit after I purchased my home and found the existing one wasn’t working. They were very professional and did an excellent job replacing all the ductwork and putting in insulation. They've consistently handled the maintenance on my unit. Recently, I noticed my house wasn’t cooling properly, so I contacted them this morning. They responded right away and fixed the problem by replacing the part that was under warranty.
