I am beyond disgusted with this place! This WILL be the last time, I ever buy a cake from here!!!! How hard is it to write something on a cake!!!! Then expect me to PAY FOR JUNK!!!!!! It's a birthday cake!!!! Can't find one last minute!! Good job DQ this is the SECOND time you have ruined a child's day!!!!

The food was good. The blizzard was thick and passes the upside down test.
However, there was a young boy employee, Alex, long dirty hair covering his eyes, who while in uniform with drivethru headset on, sitting in the booth behind us with 3 friends, was cussing up a storm and making the most ridiculous noises for about 20 mins before another employee came over and demanding he get to the back behind counter. There was about 6 other tables of customers who had to endure this uncomfortableness. The boy was loud and abnoxious and this would be the reason I would not recommend this restaurant for families to visit.

BEWARE!!!! I ordered from here last night and ended up with a METAL nut I’m the queso that came with the pretzel sticks. I was to afraid to eat any of my order. I’d stay away. They could of killed me or broken my teeth. Not to mention how unsanitary and I ate most of the cheese before seeing it. This store franchise owner needs to contact me or I’ll be looking for a good lawyer.

Food is amazing and service was great. Went about 9:10 @ night and it looked like only two females working and they sure did work hard and get us out of the drive through fairly quick. They offered us our condiments and were very nice!

The woman that works here in drive thru today is the rudest! You shouldn't show that kind of attitude especially in this area with seniors and veterans. First off, she gave us a sour face right away after I asked if they have military discount. She asked for an ID, I gave it and she "shuts the window". She gave back the ID and our order without saying anything and "shuts the window". She didn't even ask if we want the receipt or not. I honk my car to get her to open the window again, and she has the nerve to say that I am rude. What?! A 100-yr old WW2 veteran is with me, and he just wants to have an ice cream for Memorial day and you give this kind of service?! I see that there's also another review that had the same experience as us. Im pretty sure it's the same woman. Imagine these seniors receiving this kind of service everyday from this person. They don't deserve this kind of service.
