I purchased a dishwasher from here. There was a manufacturer's defect and the part could not be replaced due to supply chain issues. The owner, Scott, was prompt in taking care of the issue, and they replaced my appliance at no charge to me. I really appreciate the service this company provides. It's becoming rarer and rarer these days to find a business that really values the customer and stands behind what they sell. Outstanding!
