Took a little while to ship out due to the fabric not being available but I ordered in September and recieved it in December before the baby arrives in February and the staff was really spot on with emailing me back and making sure I stayed informed! It’s super cute too!

The bedding looks amazing but it took forever to get to me. When I got the product and put in on the crib the sheet is too small and does not fit right for my newton crib mattress. I was able to squeeze it in but the corners of the sheet do not sit on the corners of the mattress. It is also not breathable for a baby so I probably wolnt be able to use it when my baby starts using the crib. I love the look of everything though it is beautiful!

I ordered my bedding, the little man lovely and a car seat tent to match, at the end of November 2023 and FINALLY received it March 4, 2024.

Understanding there was Holidays and probably a lot of delays in getting fabric due to back orders and what not, but over 3 months waiting was a little crazy. When checking the status link, the date always changed or there was not a lot of info to go off of. I finally started messaging the customer service help box. They were always there to answer my questions but it never matched up with what the status said and getting us to uSPS shipping took over a week alone. So the 4 star is due to the length of time it took to finally receive my order.

Once I received the product, I loved it. Got everything all washed and ready to go for the arrival of my little!

If there was a zero I would rate a zero! Place order oct 15, 2024 and I still haven’t received my order and baby has been here two weeks and had to purchase another baby bedding set and didn’t really have the extra money. But baby needed to keep warm at night. This company doesn’t even have a direct phone number to talk to a live person. Completely wrong when you own a business. Especially if you are ordering from them. There should still be a customer service number. If I wet you I would not order from them.

This was my second time ordering from DBC! Our first purchase was for a mini crib and second was for a full size crib. Both sets are well made, and still being used even after 3 years. Will purchase again if we have a 3rd baby! Highly recommend their crib sets!

Do Not Do Business with this company if you remotely think you might have to check your order status. Customer service is horrible and falsely accuse you of things that are untrue.

I placed an order for my father who is elderly. He wanted to purchase a nice bedding set for his great grandson who is due anyday. I thought we picked out something that was ready to ship however I was told that all items have to be made and they are made to order but for a small fee of $45 I could put a 10 day rush on the order. That is what I did. I placed the order for my dad and I have checked on it a few times becasue on the website it says will not be delivered until Dec 27th. When I emailed today to check I was talked to like I was complete trash. I was reported to the fraud department because I placed the order for someone else. I have asked for the phone number to have my dad call himself and straighted this out but ther is no phone number to customer service.

What has happened to customer service? They have none at all.
