This place Has the worst customer service in the whole Yavapi County. It’s a shame that the Verde Valley has no other option than this place. I would rather drive 80 miles down to Phoenix than to support this spot.

Frank, the owner, has three decades worth of experience with auto audio which was the deciding factor for me. His installation of my dash cam is all I wanted it to be : placed properly and the wires between the front and rear cams are completely hidden. I recommend.

Charged me 500 bucks to install one 10in sub in a box. Didn't replace any other speakers in it... still just only sounds ok. For this much money I should have just probably had someone out here on st do it for me since everyone laughs at how bad I got ripped off...

I like to support local businesses so I went in to Decibels to buy a new deck for my truck, the owner ordered one for me, I paid for it, my receipt didn’t have the part number on it so I called him to get it. When I looked it up to see the features, I saw the exact same Pioneer deh-s6220 is $150 less online at pretty much every place that sells it, he explained to me that Pioneer makes different versions for the big box stores and Amazon, then the versions that he gets (brick and mortar store). I doubt this is true,because of the exact same part numbers,but either way he did get an extra$150 out of me that if I would’ve done a little price shopping, he wouldn’t have.Oh well, my bad! Buyer beware! Check your prices online before shopping here! Also, I am not opposed to paying a little more to “buy local”,but a $120 deck for $250+tax is a lot more than a little more to support the local guys, I will not return.

Have used Decibels on several occasions, new sound system, 4 new speakers. They have always done an out standing job. Top of the line equipment and service. Never ever had to go back for a squeek or anything. Glad we have this company in town. If you like good sound,, this is the place.. Thanks Frank and staff
