It has been a month since I first contacted Brett at Decker Mattison for a heating and air quote for a 30x60 new building. I both emailed and priority mailed the plans within a day of Brett requesting this. I am also working with a general contractor that he has worked with on several projects. I still have yet to receive a quote. I realize that the summer months are very busy and have tried to give ample amount of time, but also feel like a 30x60 building (open ceiling) should not be hard for a company that does this for a living. If they do not want my business I wish they would kindly tell me that.

Excellent service today!!!!! Tech made it out within 1 hour of calling. Great assessment and found the issue very quickly and got it resolved. They did not milk the clock at all. Excellent service and friendliness. I will use them again in the future.

Cant speak for their service as I have not used it. But they opened their doors to me early outside of business hours to give me a part for my heater. Part was average price. They were very friendly and willing to help. Should I use their service in future I will update my review.

Can't say how much I appreciate how quickly they were able to get out to fix my heater after waking up to a 48 degree home on Halloween. I called their answering service at 5 a.m., then their office at 8, and they said they were booked through the next week, but they'd schedule a priority visit that evening. I called back at about noon since I hadn't heard from them, and they said they were going to have someone contact me, and be out that day. Not even half an hour later I get a call from their tech saying he would be to my house in 10 minutes, and he had my heater back up and running not even 15 minutes after getting on site. I would strongly recommend Decker & Mattison to anyone.

This is a heating and air supply store that carries a lot of parts and supplies. The staff are very helpful. One of the cheapest places to buy good quality furnace filters. Great company!
