I don't even know where to start with this company. We were having a furnace emergency on the morning of 12/29. I called Deitch Energy (after being recommended there by Avon Plumbing & Heating) and spoke to Bruce who I believe is the owner. He was attentive and walked me through a few things and told me that someone would be out as soon as possible. I didn't hear from them for the rest of the weekend. Called them back on Monday (12/31) and was told that my ticket was still on the board and that someone would be out that same day (no show again). I call a 3rd time and speak to a woman who tells me that her service man will call me that day (no phone call). At this point most people would give up, but I was speaking to my electrician and he said it was unlike Deitch, so I tried them for a 4th time! I called on a Monday (2/24) and spoke to Bruce again. He took down all of my information and told me they would be out on Wednesday (2/26). Wednesday came and went and no phone call or visit. I've never experienced such bad service or desire to work. So if you're still reading this review, call Campbell Cooling. They came out the next day and fixed the issues.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Most wildly unprofessional group in Hartford County. If you place an order, there’s only a 50% chance they’ll show up to fulfill it. They won’t contact you to tell you if there’s an issue with fulfillment either. This company has no-call, no-showed on three separate occasions in the four years I’ve dealt with them. Their vice president/dispatcher is tone deaf and unnecessarily abrasive. This company does not deserve your hard-earned money. Look elsewhere, I implore you.

After taking care of patients all day, I just wanted a hot shower when I got home. I turned it on and it was ice cold. I was so frustrated I was in tears. Deitch came out and fixed it. They are trustworthy, reasonable and reliable. Best company ever!!!

After getting the run around from a well know New Britain based HVAC company, I reached out to Deitch Energy to get a second opinion on my boiler.

Bruce and Michael were nothing short of amazing. Friendly, SUPER responsive, and went the extra mile to get my boiler covered under warranty by Weil-Mclain.

They stayed true to their appointment date, quality work, and the final invoice was HALF of what I was quoted for the same job by the other company. I will be using Deitch going forward and recommend them to anyone needing honest work with fair pricing.

I cannot say enough about the service we received from Deitch Energy on Thanksgiving Day! We were at my daughters and her boiler failed…. Water everywhere… what a nightmare!!! I called Deitch Energy and they said they would have a technician out in a couple of hours since he was on another call. The communication with us was exemplary and the service was well beyond what one would expect, especially on a holiday! Since a new compatible boiler was needed as well as parts things could not begin until the next day. The owner followed up and assured us we’d have a working boiler within a day or two. They started the work the next day and completed the job the following day, amazing experience all around!!!

We loved into our new home and they left a business card and left a note mentioning that they serviced this home for the prior home owners. We decided to give them a try and I have not regretted it! They installed our central air , and has been prompt on filling up our oil. As a first time home owner they have made it easy to make sure that our home stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer!
