THE WORST!!

To be honest this company doesn't deserve a single star. I'm not entirely sure how they managed to get a 3.5 rating.
They don't answer the phone.
My neighbors would have to take time off to sit in their office just to be helped.
They're very forgetful and unprofessional. I assume they don't write anything down or communicate to each other properly.
If we asked the main maintenance guy firsthand he always redirected us back to the office. Even if it was a general complaint that affected the whole duplex. Like BATS IN THE ATTIC, RACOONS IN THE WALLS, AND SKUNKS IN THE DRIVEWAY!
For four years I never had my window screens installed. This was during covid and the invasive Japanese hornets BTW. We never could use our windows because we had kids and we lived in a two story duplex. The windows were very low, a toddler could fall out easily!
They had a new maintenance guy stealing from the company. But apparently filled out the form saying he installed our window screens and didn't believe us when we said we never received the service. They told me whatever things I decided to repair would not be taken out of my rent or reimbursed.
Whenever we were late on rent they immediately threatened us with a pay or vacate notice. They ended up filing through and gave us a 24 hour eviction notice. The cops that handed us the paperwork even seemed skeptical because we were friends with the entire police department and they advised us to get a lawyer and take them to court because IT DIDN'T SEEM LEGAL. Unfortunately we couldn't afford to get a lawyer in time so just moved because we were fed up with the company. No one told us that they had placed a restraining order on us. We didn't know this until we called the company and they told us we couldn't call them, we had to handle everything through our attorney. On the day we vacated the owner came with 2 HOSTILE LOOKING MEN. When we tried to ask her directly when we can come back for our belongings she tossed her hands in the air and hid behind one of the men like she was scared for her life.
It was just really unprofessional and down right ridiculous. I hope no one has to deal with these people. Please steer clear away! I hope someone does something cuz they own half the town of bishop and a lot of families need help! Bishop is a nice town and the residents deserve proper care.
