I am currently an independent contractor with Delta T, and they have been instrumental in helping me find an assignment that truly feels like my dream job. This role has met all of my needs and has allowed me to continue pursuing my education. My experience working with Sharron at the Middletown office has been exceptional. Throughout my time with Delta T, I have felt genuinely supported and valued, both as a person and a professional.

I am hopeful that I will be hired permanently for my current position soon. Looking ahead, I am excited to continue working with Delta T to advance my career after I obtain my MSW. I am confident they will help me find opportunities at the next level that align with my goals and aspirations.

I am so exhausted from trying to ask for hours because of my background. I have a larceny 6th from 19 years ago. They claim they have to disclose it to other jobs. They deny me job after job after job. I email them no answer I call them leave voicemails no answer. It’s always late ⏰ when they reach out. I email no response I don’t understand. I was basically just telling her i need to make 💰 not sit around and wait. There policy sucks about having to discuss your background with others. The pay is always late !!! It’s Friday it’s Monday excuse after excuse. They never have anything but lies. I’m sick and tired of it !! Don’t i repeat don’t work here!

I personally have had the PLEASURE of dealing with Delta T since I moved from NY 3 years ago. They worked with me-explained everything I needed to know about the process.
I understand that people have concerns about not getting paid “enough,” or not having their calls and or emails returned-but I personally have never experienced that.
I wonder at times if people completely understand the detailed in n outs about the process
Also-how much do you expect to get paid if you lack experience, education or suitable backgrounds? Respectfully.
They “have to” do their due diligence n that should be understood n respected🤷🏻‍♀️

As far as “Ms. Melonie Bartone!” SHE GOES ABOVE N BEYOND-SHE WILL FIGHT FOR YOU, YOUR PAY, YOUR PREFERENCES-YOUR RIGHTS-YOU NAME IT! SHE DOES THAT!!!!
It’s my opinion that “some people” just want what they are not qualified for and that’s just unrealistic-period.

I’ve been working with the company for a year now and I love it! My current supervisor Roderic Johnson is very professional and has an amazing work ethic. I was out with Covid last year for a few weeks and I was so nervous that I didn’t have a job to go back to but Mr. Johnson reached out to me and reassured me that I had an assignment waiting when I was fully recovered and ready to go back to work! He always gets back to my questions and concerns in a timely manner and I haven’t had any issues since working with him! I’d recommend him to anyone who’s looking to join the team!
