They have been great since we started with them. They are always on time or communicate if there is a bad storm or something, but always follow through no matter what .
They are a pleasure to talk to whenever we have needed to contact them.
As a veteran, I’m proud to support another veteran owned company, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable trash service in the valley.

They like to put your trash next to your house and say that’s where it’s needs to be and agues that I can’t have it at the end on my driveway and proceeds to have it between my rentals.and complain that it’s out of the way and then took the dumpster I paid for and still have service for. They said they will dump it and then took it.

I love Denali Refuse. Have had no issues the last 2 years and it was easy to set up service. I even forgot a few times to make our payment and get a courtesy text reminder without a late payment which I really appreciate for an honest mistake. Highly recommend them.

Was great for a while, and then they blamed us for our small can being "too heavy" for their hydrolics on the truck to pick up, told us we needed to figure out a way to bring it to their shop so they could weigh it and charge us for the weight. In reality their truck was broken, my husband and a very nice employee of theirs was able to load it up by hand. We never received an apology or an explanation for the treatment we received. Switched to Alaska Waste (5 stars)

They showed up at my house didn’t dump my dumpster I paid for and sat there looking at us waving at him and he drove off with out dumping our dumpster multiple times.

They are courteous, friendly, and willing to provide any information they can about the services they offer. The trucks are always on-time. Denali Refuse offers different can sizes, roll off's and bins. Their prices are reasonable and I will continue to use them and support a local business.

I used these guys for years. Got a surgery and am told go clear around the bin and didn’t empty it. I said I’m disabled and furthermore the bin is put so far back it’s near impossible to get to it. They want me to move the bin. So basically I said take the bin then. All of the sudden it’s not so hard to get to. I said something in their page and got blocked. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
