This place is amazing! Their tools are so nice! They also carry glazes and Aardvark clay. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place! Hours are great too. And the two hour workshop they offer is a must!

Amazing company! Stellar, top notch customer service. I had an issue with the shipping. My original package after 22 days still hasn’t arrived to me. The customer service team was so helpful and worked to come up with a helpful and speedy solution to my dilemma. I felt like they were concerned with the situation as much as I was. I had other friends recommend their products and I finally decided to take the dive and try them out. I’m very happy I did and now I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

I couldn't be happier with my tools from Diamond Core Tools. I do a lot of carving in leather hard clay and they are the sharpest blades I have ever used (see attached photos of some of the tools in action). I also use their grinding discs and sanding pads to smooth and polish the bottoms of my pieces. Customer service is also outstanding. This family owned business supports artists and is always available to answer any questions you might have and they will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.

I’ve always had great experiences with DiamondCore. Although their products are expensive, they won’t disappoint in performance. However, they have obviously changed something in their shipping department. I purchased a “buy one get one free” during their latest special. The items were received separately. The first one arrived in 3 weeks and the second one took over a month. I tried to track shipping and it was a disaster. It stated that it had been delivered - it had not. I tried to contact DiamondCore and received an email blaming the post office. Then I finally received an update on my order providing a tracking number from the post office. Don’t get me wrong, I do like their products but whatever they are doing in their shipping department, I wish they would go back to their old ways.

I recently had the opportunity to be able to shop were the Diamond Core Tools are actually made as opposed to shopping online …. Both experiences were great but I have to say if you ever get the opportunity to shop in store it won’t disappoint …. I was greeted and made to feel very welcome . I was met by Jamie and I have to say she went over & beyond without ever making me feel pressured to make a purchase …. All my questions were answered and I was able to use the extruders & carving tools I was interested in purchasing . These tools are worth every penny . Merry Christmas to me !

Hands down the highest quality tools in all of the ceramic tool market! All of the tools that I have received from this company have far exceeded my expectations of what a pottery tool can do. They clearly care about quality and the exact expectation of what a tool can do for clay. They go above and beyond by making all of their tools lightweight with cushions for your fingers. This enables me to carve for hours without hand fatigue. Ordering from their website was simple and easy. Shipping was fast and affordable. You just can't ask for more! Happy, happy customer for life!

I just left DiamondCore Tools after checking out their "Cink". I have to say, these people are awesome! Of course if you've ever used any of their products you already know how great the quality is, but I somehow feel better knowing that they are all really cool people, too. I can't wait to get my Cink and was stoked how quickly they are going to be able to get it delivered for me. I was a little afraid that the size would cause all kinds of headaches, but they took care of all the details. True customer service and care for their clients. Thank you, DiamondCore Tools! I highly recommend.

Ordered some diamond grinding disc and received free pottery sponge set. Was not informed that the grinding discs were 3 weeks back ordered until after they shipped the sponge set. Would have preferred to know upon ordering. Have yet to receive the set.
