After my uneventful non attentive experience at LL Bean, definitely a better vibe here. Greeted at the door, assisted in the boot department. Looked up items and just overall polite and easy going. Glad I spent my money there instead.

Went to pick up an online order and a worker who was nice said she just needed an I.D. And I told her I have a preferred first name so it will look different than on my I.D. but my last name was correct and she said to next time use my legal name. I said “even if I have proof of purchase on my phone in my email confirmation” she said Yes. I said oh ok then she just handed me my item with nothing to put it in, then I asked for a bag myself cause my item came in a plastic see through bag with no handles and when the worker gave it to me, She looked at me like I was suspicious, like bro I ORDERED IT CHILL. This essay review was not necessary, but I just felt weird after the interaction when I left like she thought I was taking something that wasn’t mine. Nothing against her but bro who wants to leave the store feeling like a thief 😭 what I’m about to say is common sense, but I didn’t think it was that big a deal when I placed my order but JUST USE YOUR LEGAL NAME NEXT TIME EVEN IF YOU HAVE PROOF OF YOUR PURCHASE 🙄

I had a situation with my card where I had to go home grab a different carr, order my item online and come back to pick them up the same day within 25 minutes of the interaction. Jasmine was so patient and understanding of the situation. Eventually, I was going to just cancel the order and buy it there since I had gotten the correct debit card, however as I approached the skirt section I found John looking for item. It was being searched for! I was able to quickly grab my item and leave. I was in a time crunch as my brother’s birthday party statyed at 2 and was 45 minutes away. THANK YOU JASMINE AND JOHN!

Always have what you need for anything outdoors. We wanted to try disc golf, and sure enough they had a solid selection including starter sets with prices matching online sellers also!

Another great experience today and so very blessed. I had an issue with a pair of running shoes and the manager and staff took care of it no problem.

I walked out with a new pair and cannot wait to try them out. Thanks again for the great service, a store you can count on when an issue comes up.
