This Dillard's was probably the worst store I've been in in Arizona hands down. Felt harassed by all the employees wasn't even able to shop in peace. They collected every item from me that I was trying to carry around like I was going to steal it lol.... Age and race profiling, uncomfortable store to shopping. They didn't start showing respect until they seen my coach bag.... Unacceptable experience.

Always a pleasant uncrowded shopping experience, you can find great sales going on just about time you visit. I recently found a shirt retailing for 80.00 an it rang up at 24.95 saving 65%

We shop at dillards for their quality of merchandise. The only issue we had at our last visit was the shortage of cashiers available. We got used to having a cashier in most if not all of the departements. We only found a couple available in the entire store. It's not a game changer, but for the extra costs of their products, I kinda expect the store to provide better service.

Kasey is amazing! She helped my boyfriend and me find the perfect cologne and perfume for each other. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She had great energy and made a simple trip to the store a whole experience for us.
