Just had new tires put on my Wrangler. I wasn't sure what I wanted, Dan went through a wide selection with me and led me to the best choice for my wants and needs. They had a CR-V for sale that needed tons of work done and "needed an ac compressor" that we had to wait months for and it never came. Dan never contacted us to know what was going on with the car so the only way to check was to drive all the way there. A complete waste of our time and gas.

Edit: It doesn't matter what the car is. I wouldn't call an honest experience slander and you never mentioned a deposit. If you had said something we would have been more than happy to pay it. Not every dealership says they need one.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! My coolant reservoir cracked and caused my truck to blow out coolant all over the place. Luckily I broke down right in front of DMR! The Truck was not drivable and me not knowing the area, I wasn’t sure what I would have done if DMR auto wasn’t right there. Dan welcomed me and was able to get parts shipped to his shop within an hour! He got me back on the road so I can could continue the trip to pickup my snowplow! Thank you Dan and your mechanic for helping me!

Brought my truck in for an alignment and I have to say, this is where I will be coming for now on for things like this!

Found out about this shop because I’m a NAPA delivery driver, and going in there for a delivery I could feel how nice the environment was.

It’s a local shop to me, and the inside is one of the nicest I’ve seen. They have reclining couches that you could even nap on if you please… lol.

I dealt with Dan the owner up front, and he was very friendly, a totally straight forward and honest guy. Sal was the mechanic who did my alignment. It took a bit longer than a normal alignment because I have a big lifted truck on big tires, but Sal had a great attitude the whole time and didn’t seem bothered at all that the truck was giving him a bit of a hard time.

Let’s talk prices. This alignment price was cheaper than any other alignment I’ve ever gotten, with even better quality work than some of the other places.

When I had a concern after the alignment was done, I gave Dan a call back and he gave me a detailed answer and completely addressed my concern.

All in all I give this place a 10/10 rating, they’re very accommodating, have extremely fair prices and are very friendly people who work at/own the business.

Love this place... and all the people!! Dan and crew are top notch. I was in a pinch on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. They got me right in threw the car up on the lift and got me scheduled for the following Monday to take care of what needed to be done (pesky oil sensor). This shop is new to me and my father was a mechanic so I'm picky! Sunday I emailed him to confirm something... emailed within 20min. So responsive. Also that Monday morning... I remembered I need brakes too. So I email him asking for a brake quote. The quote came back an hour later. The price for the brakes and oil sensor was less than what two other places quoted me JUST for the brakes (good quality parts too!). They completed both repair jobs before 1pm and drove my car back to me (Same town). Unbelievable. Best service, quality work, good people. Happy to support Dan and his crew in their new venture!!
