Phenomenal customer service. Extremely well made product. I mistakenly thought I had an issue, and emailed the company. Was contacted by the owner personally. Product works as intended. Fast charging all of my devices and even my laptop. Will definitely order again for our next office build out.

Used the company's product in designs for quite some times, and always had only positive experience. I am an electrical contractor and their products are my only choice when it comes to drawer outlets. On a recent order I made late at night, I made a mistake on an item, by the time I woke up at 530am, my mistake was fixed and my order was getting ready to ship. They sent me an email letting me know it was no big deal. Amazing customer service.

Excellent product but even better customer service. Had a small glitch with the safety receptacle corner switch. Contacted DD and it was resolved quickly and easily . I'm happy, my customer is happy and this will be my go to when the situation arises.
