Where do I begin? Should I start with the fact that the “electrician”( I use that term loosely) showed up in his own car with his girlfriend. Or maybe it’s the fact that they wanted to charge a troubleshooting fee of $360 on top of a $85 service charge.

Please keep in mind troubleshooting doesn’t mean solving the problem, it simply means they may or may not be able to tell you what the problem is. If you want to solve the issue you will have to have another electrician come out(another $360 charge) because the tech that was more qualified was off that day.

The next day we hired a real electrician from another company who solved the problem in less than an hour. Do not use this business unless you are comfortable with wasting your time and hard earned money.
