Arrived at 13:30 for a 14:00 appointment. Didn’t get into a DD until 15:00. Why bother scheduling an appointment if you’re not going to keep it? I wish that shippers would hold themselves accountable as they do drivers. If I show up late for an appointment, my load will definitely be rejected or turned away for a pickup. O/O don’t get paid for sitting around for three or four hours, in fact we’re losing money and time. Try putting yourself in my position as a Business Owner and imagine how you would feel if someone wasted your time and money! It’s not my problem that your company is short of people, just as it’s not your problem if I can’t show up on time. Lack of planning will cause failure every time, I would recommend that shippers find a way to manage their scheduled appointments better, don’t make people wait to move YOUR products.

The lady who checks you in is nice and kind. She said it would take longer than usual , but I got in a door an hour later , I guess she has no idea about the places who hold you for 4-8 hours. 😄 overall nice place and quick to unload.
However I took one star off , because there’s no public restroom for drivers. Really? Drivers are human too and use restrooms! At least put a porta potty outside please.🙏

Very nice place for drivers...have enough space for overnight parking as well. Appt was at 1pm, I checked in around 9:35am and got the dock at 10am... Easy loading and unloading...Dock driver even get me some pretzels after he loaded me... Drivers read the instructions when you get dock..

It was easy check in plus the company is so huge it has big parking lot it I got loaded in less than 15 minutes

I was here 9 clock pick up my load old lady She was Very Route behavior. And after long time waiting. But still she said. load no ready We are going to launch. Come back 5.30. Really….😡 Do respect nobody working free because time is money 💰

Checked in at 1015 for an 1100 appointment, got a door right away, loaded and put by 1125. Friendly people and fast work. Much appreciated since this is my home load and I’ve got to report for drill this weekend.

Nice guys, driver friendly, no restrooms but there is TA nearby. I think they'd load you earlier
