Excellent service! I started having problems with the furnace about a week ago. Jordan and Natalie found the issues and resolved them quickly and efficiently. The charge for the service was extremely reasonable. Appreciate the excellent service I always receive from Douglas Mechanical (since 2014).

I recently had no hot water while it was very cold. Logan and Bobby were at house house within minutes with positive personalities and a can do attitude. They explained the problem and how they were going to fix it. They got us up and running for the night and followed up promptly the next morning to finish the job. At least we had heat for the night.They included a trainee and she worked as hard as the night before. So sorry I don't have her name because she deserves credit as well. I am grateful for their professionalism and quick service. Thanks and I'll gladly refer your company to any on who asks.

I was having trouble with my low boy hot air furnace. It was shutting off intermittently and was clearly having issues. I called Douglas Mechanical and booked a service call. They sent Logan to investigate the very next day. He showed up a few hours early and got to work. Within 2 hours he had my furnace up and running again. He explained everything in great detail and was extremely knowledgeable. He installed a new oil pump and fuel nozzle and even tidied up my existing fuel line. Valuable Recommendations were given about things I should do in the future to improve my existing heating system. All in all a fantastic experience! I will be calling Douglas Mechanical service in the future to perform more work on my current heating system. FYI, a competitor quoted me $1,300.00 to schedule the same job a few days earlier. Logan from Douglas Mechanical did the job in 2 hours, same day for under $400.00. I am extremely satisfied and greatful.

I needed to replace a 7 year old water heater before it started leaking. I contacted Douglas Mechanical, whom I previously used for furnace maintenance. Oliver showed up on time for cursory appointment, was very professional in providing information and estimate for several water heaters. I ended up choosing the State heater with a leak detector add on as water heater is in space where damage to my home could occur. The installment team showed up on time, were respectful of my home, efficient, pleasant and got the job done in no time. I initially used Douglas Mechanical to fix my aging central air unit. Both times, I always had a positive experience. They were very easy to work with, friendly, and quick! The first time was during a heat wave and they were there the next day. This most recent time, was a major upgrade to heat pump and ductwork upgrades. They were quick, clean, friendly, and did a fantastic job. They've been very responsive to my questions, and are helping me get the rebates for upgrading to the heat pump. Overall, I'm extremely happy having worked with Douglas Mechanical for my HVAC work!

I’ve used Douglas for several AC and attic venting issues over the past several years. Their crews have always been responsive and professional. Our AC stopped working this past summer and they quickly came out and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the outside condenser unit needed to be replaced which wasn’t a cheap fix. However it’s been installed and worked wonderfully over the rest of the summer. Overall Douglas has been great and reliable. I will continue to utilize them for any future projects.

Patient and careful, specifics of my home utility space required some problem solving for the team of 2, and they did a superb job. The work space was left clean.
