We are happy with this railing. The contractor stated with certainty that he doesn't think we'll ever have to replace this railing. It is good quality and looks very nice.
The contractor was friendly, honest, personable, prompt, and professional. I called, he came over, showed and educated me on what needed to be done, emailed me a detailed estimate quickly, I asked a few questions, estimated time frame on start and completion, contract signed, done. I couldn't ask for more! The lead project manager was also personable and very easy to work with. His team worked diligently and left the area clean before leaving for the day.

Great service for a small fraction of cost. They did work at two of my luxury rental properties in Tiburon and Woodside. Top of the line work performed. Will use them in September for my new home in the SF proper.
