From our initial contact this was a great experience. The secretary in the office told us the person we needed to talk to would call us back that day. He did. He came to give us an estimate within the time frame he stated. They did a great job from beginning to end. Everyone was always respectful and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. That was one hardworking crew! We would definitely recommend them!

Go with another company if you want your driveway sealed/ crack filled. After three visits they still didn’t correct the problem. Called for the 4th time and explained what was going on and was told 3 weeks ago that I would receive a call when “the crew” would be back to fix the soft crack sealant issue again that I had after staying off my driveway for 9 days. Poor communication and it seems like they don’t care about customer satisfaction.

My experience with Driveway Doctors in Madison, CT was excellent! They were professional and responsive. There was a slight issue with a couple of the cracks the filled. They sent someone out to inspect them and agreed to come back and repair them without any issues. When the team came back to make the repairs they touched up the spots I called about and then....resealed my entire driveway again. I did not push for that, I didn't even ask them to do that. They offered to ensure I was satisfied with their service! 5-Stars. Really terrific service.

We have a very long driveway that required a significant amount of crack repair. The company rep was very responsive to our request to return and take care of cracks that were missed on the initial service. In the end, we were very happy with the job and the company's response. Beautiful job sealing our driveway. Workers were professional, quick and efficient. Great edgework. Great price. If you are thinking that sealing your driveway is a good DIY project, think again. After purchasing the requisite equipment and the sealant itself you might save a few (very few) dollars, and the end result will probably look like it was done by an amateur. And, for certain, you still need to clean up the mess. Call the driveway Doctor and you will get a professional job done for you, no worries, no regrets.

I just opened a new business. I am more than happy with the service this company provided. I even had them do my parking lines and lettering because they do it all! They arrived on time, finished when I needed them to and it looks so great. The owner Steve will have you laughing the entire visit!!
