These guys have been amazingly professional through this whole process. Our A/C went out at the tail end of the hit weather season. Zeke came out to our house and instead of selling us a new unit right there he suggested we wait until February when specials run. This advice alone saved us $800.

When his guys came out they were extremely polite and made sure to leave my house just as clean or better than they found it. They explained everything they were doing, and left me all the phone numbers I would need if I had an issue.

Buying a new furnace and/or A/C sucks but if you have to do it, I would 100% recommend doing it through Ducts in a Row.

Need to work on their Trouble shooting skills and diagnostics. They changed a capacitor, did something wrong and then said the contactor was bad. Only to finally find the actual problem, a bad fan. Sorry but I had a working contactor and I didn't have the proper meter to Trouble shoot the capacitor if not I could have called them out on that aswell

We had a problem with our old AC unit Ducts tried several times with different attempts but couldn't get the solution. Instead of just charging us and go on they didn't charge us on the last attempt. Then we talked about a new system and they gave us a great deal, installed a super unit and its been heaven in our house again. They are super people and I would HIGHLY recommend them for all your work.

They came twice. I payed already for the weekend call the second time they came I PAYED THEM! They added too much coolant. Had to call someone else to come fix it. Now it actually works. They are still wanting me to pay them. I rather call someone else next time. I would’ve gave zero stars but I can’t. 😁
