I’ve used Dunco for several years now. I appreciate the integrity the company and employees provide! When I have the furnace and air conditioner check up/maintenance appointment I request Jerry. He is very thorough, respectful and thoughtful. Any time he might be running behind because of a previous appointment, the company is always good to call to keep you informed. Dunco is a highly skilled and trustworthy company!

Dunco installed a new air conditioner and furnace for us earlier in 2024. This is my first experience getting the semi annual maintenance check. My technician arrive little delayed due to scheduling confusion. He was efficient and cordial and took care of business. I do have an issue with Dunco however. It took almost two months to get me on the schedule. My former service provider usually had me scheduled within two weeks.Two months to get service is poor customer service. I hope that improves.

Our Dunco 4 year old unit was not blowing cold air when set to AC… The technician was diagnosing and fixing it, and came to my husband and said it was $397 ( $278 for the part and $119 for the labor and service call). It was still under warranty, so we questioned him about it and he “recalculated” and it was then a free for the part, but labor and service all the sudden went up to $288! SHADY!!!!! Funny how when we don’t have to pay for parts(only took him all of 20 minutes to diagnose and fix btw) the charge to install it more than doubled!!! We had never had a problem with them before, but I hear the company was bought recently… If that is true maybe the company that bought them is less ethical and shady We’ll be looking for a new provider if this is what we can expect.

Garrett was extremely nice and upfront with us about our furnace. Essentially, we believe another company may have messed with our system for profit. It was a simple fix, but the honesty and professionalism were greatly appreciated! Will definitely be using Dunco from here on out.

Frankie came out to perform the preventative maintenance on my furnace prior to the summer season. He was very thorough and took his time to make sure everything was explained to me prior to leaving. Very friendly as well.
