One stop shop that is locally owned and operated. Carrying full line of Maytag, Whirlpool, Kitchenaid and Amana brands including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, microwaves and hoods. After going to all 4 appliance stores I went back to Dutch Matagorda. This is a true hometown store for 30 years now. They said they couldn't deliver my new oven for 1 week which was a shorter time line than all the other 3 stores. Not what I was hoping for because my oven broke. And before I could drive home they called my husband to tell me they made arrangements to deliver the next day!! Customer service is alive and well here!

Hispanic lady up front about as welcoming as a rattlesnake and helpful as an ejection seat in a helicopter. Made like I was asking her to dig a train tunnel with a spoon when I asked if it were possible to cross reference a part number. Arthur, you need different staff.

I scheduled a service call through Maytag who told me that Dutch Maytag would call me at 8 am this morning to give me a two hour window. By 9 am, no call, so I called them. The woman that answered the phone, Christine, was incredible rude and kept cutting me off to tell me that Maytag doesn't control their schedule. Very frustrating phone call.

This was terrible service. The woman was surly and little help. The part I had to special order (so no refund or exchanges) didn’t fit my oven. The igniter was the right fit but the “pig tail” to
connect it to the oven was too short. Unacceptable

Arthur Anderton and his employees are courtious and knowledgeable. They sell and maintain most brands of appliances. I highly recommend. If you have an emergency they can respond quick.
