I have been using Dutch Oil for over 20 years. They are always pleasant to talk to. They are always able to solve my problems such as my furnace not working. Recently, though, they went above and beyond that when I called them about a bill I was very late in paying. I explained that I have been going through a terrible personal situation for the past year in which I lost my youngest brother and my father within 9 months of each other. Then I lost 2 friends within the past 4 months; the losses were very sudden and tragic as one friend killed herself and the other friend went into renal failure and died within a few weeks. I have been in a prolonged grieving state and was very late in paying all my bills. They were extremely understanding and gracious to me, allowing me a little extra time to pay the bill, for which I am very thankful. I highly recommend this company.

Dutch Oil &Propane was the company that serviced our home when we bought it. We decided to keep them for at least the first year because they knew the home and had been servicing it for some time, and we didn’t know anyone else in the area. Three years later we are still with Dutch and are extremely happy with their services. They are highly responsive, and everyone we have dealt with has been awesome- from the office staff to the delivery teams, the maintenance teams, and installers. We can always reach them for any questions we may have, and they are always friendly and helpful. They even made an emergency propane delivery on a Christmas Eve when we had no power and were using the fireplace to heat our home. We love Dutch!

Great company! I’ve been a Dutch Oil customer since 1997 and they’ve never let me down. They have installed whole house air conditioning and have been servicing it for years. They also put in a new furnace which is super efficient and I couldn’t be more grateful considering the cost of energy. Very reliable, honest and trustworthy company. Highly recommend this family owned business.

I have been with Dutch Oil for over 10 years and have never had anything but exceptional service. They installed a new AC unit for me and now Service that every year. They also Service my oil furnace every year and do a great job. Today I had my Propane fireplace serviced. My service technician was Jason who was great. Very respectful and listened to all my concerns about the fireplace. I highly recommend Dutch oil to anyone.

1,000+ stars! Absolutely blown away by Dutch’s service. Our current propane company seemed to have up and disappeared leaving us with no propane to heat, cook or hot water, it’s been pretty cold. We contacted Dutch, Michelle came out after hours, and within 14 hours we are back up and running. BEYOND PLEASED to say the least. THANK YOU, THANK YOU for taking care of your community!

In my long experience, Dutch is one of the best in the business: for installation and service, and for propane gas supply and delivery. Recently their serviceman removed and relocated my tank (to allow the installation of footing drains around my home's foundation), and restored it to the original location 10 days later: pressure-tested at tank, and tested at the utility (stove). Professional, careful, informative, personable. Family-owned and operated, and I think today there are 3 generations in the office and on the job. Thank you again!
