I had call the Public Works to inquire if the town was going to pick up the Bush after the storm. A recording stated the town would not be picking it up!! I live on Wind Road and one of our neighbors always have debris he places in the street. In fact it stays there all year around. We have called to complain however no one responds. East Hartford really don't care about the town anymore. They certainly don't enforce the law against bad property management. So I have to give a 1 star because I don't see where our tax money goes as far as the up keep of our town!!!! Update: The public works folks came and picked up all the debris on my street!! Thank You!! Thank You!!!
