I used East Haven Building Supply in White Plains, NY. I ordered over $60k in Marvin windows through them. Nothing but issues. There is a lack of professionalism and communication. After no communication, I will get promised delivery dates and then nothing shows up. A 3 panel slider was ordered incorrectly by them. It was delivered in November 2023 and it still has not been addressed by East Haven.

I have used several other building supply companies during our renovation and even if issues occurred, they were addressed quickly. I would not use East Haven for any of my future renovation needs.

I was unfortunately stuck behind one of their trucks this AM going up Route 10 in
Cheshire. Coming out of the Starbucks the driver first blocked traffic getting out of the business then decided to make a right hand turn from the left turn lane. Then proceeded to stop traffic to let multiple cars out of a parking lot even though the light was green. He then sat at the green light until it turned red then drove through the intersection. Then he kept brake checking me. Then where the lane splits into two he sat in the middle of the road blocking traffic then turned right on to 68 when the light turned red. This was at 8:15 AM. It was Truck number 34 and a young African American man was driving. Want to know what I did wrong? I beeped my horn. He flipped out and road raged because i beeped my horn....He OBSTRUCTED TRAFFIC AND WEAPONIZED your company logo'd truck because I beeped my horn. If this person can not drive professionally operate a CDL vehicle/large box truck they should not be driving.

This company stands behind its products. They service their customers in a timely manner. As for a review i read pertaining to having to deal with easthaven building supplies lawyer, pay your bills and you will never have to deal with that. Great company to work with.

I ordered two exterior ThermaTru doors through East Haven Builders. Through a series of miscommunications, I received the wrong doors. EHB worked with me to correct the issue until I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this business that really cares about its customers!

Be careful this company will screw your company even when they send you defective materials (even admitted by themselves) they use a miserable lawyer who will put liens on your property and business - DO NOT GO DOWN THIS ROAD !!! I have a small construction company and had a miserable 18 months
