Meat is good and nicely cut. No excess fat left. Always stocked up. Nice store if you forget your veggie, sauce, rice or bread from the market. Clean and organized. Plus they sell beer only no bottles.

I barbecue twice a week so I get picky when it comes to my meats. I drove out to East LA because I heard about this place through two chefs. They had a good selection of vegetables and all your grocery needs. What I really came for was the meat department. First impression, high quality marbled meats and very clean. The two butchers were outgoing and helped me get the best pieces of the bunches. Everything looked from choice to prime and their prices were below any carniceria with that quality. I had some ranchera, chuck para asada, tomahawk and chicken. I had them season half and I wish I told them to season everything. I cooked it the next day and it was incredible. I'll be a regular.

So sad, one cannot use a restroom when traveling on public transportation to work in WLA from ELA?
