My contractor recommended East Stone for cabinets and counters for a kitchen repair project after getting a quote form a competitor. Great quality and service for a decent price. And it only took 2 weeks to get from order date, which was a huge bonus. Shoutout to Lou for helping us select what would be a good fit and approach for our needs and going over and above to make sure that all measurements were spot on! Love the end product and appreciate the very responsive and thoughtful service. Highly recommend. White Fabuwood cabinets, Avenza Gold Quartz counters, GE Cafe appliances and East Stone for the win!

Bought a marble countertop for our outdoor grill from East Stone. We visited the shop and talked about what we were looking for. We picked out one stone based on their input, but when we looked at the sample next to the grill we decided it wasn't the right fit. We discussed with Alex the color and type of granite that would work. We wanted a brown color. He sent us a picture which is attached which looks decidedly brown. We approved it and they produced it. When it arrived, it was not brown, it was grey...not even close. When I called Alex, he tried to turn the mistake around on us. He said we sent you a picture of "New Caledonia" and that's what we produced. He claimed that the colors can vary. I reminded him of the picture he sent us and he said that maybe the lighting was off...non-plussed, I reminded him that if the lighting was off and it was actually grey, why would he send it to us knowing we wanted BROWN! Basically he turned the whole thing around on us as if we should have know that "New Caledonia" is not brown. He never apologized. He didn't offer any kind of meet in the middle solution other than starting over. We had a party coming up and needed the grill finished. I also didn't want to waste the granite. Starting over would have taken two weeks. His attitude and how he handled it was less than satisfying.

I did not receive everything I paid for. Wesley Zhang said my extra purchase would arrive with our counter delivery. They did not bring it with them. We went to pick it up and they told us they didn't have it and to call tomorrow. They don't return our phone calls and stopped answering our calls. It was approximately $170 purchase that we paid for and have not received. I also requested the seam to be through the center of the sink instead it is about 10 inches next to the sink. We asked for the managers name and they wouldn't give it to us and told us the manager is rarely there. If we knew how shady East Stone is, we never would have given them our business.

The quality and pricing is second to none. High quality cabinetry at a low price. The solid surface products are stunning and less than anybody in the State. Most importantly the time frame of installation is on point. Bing is the man!

Awesome experience from start to finish.
Upon our arrival at the shop we were asked if we had an appointment (we didn't ) and were turned loose in the room with the countertops. That was a bit off-putting.
Once we decided on the quartz we liked Alex was nothing but professional. He explained our options and gave us an honest lead time for production, well within our timeframe.
Creation of the template by Bing was on time and as expected.
Delivery and installation was on time and the installation crew was courteous, professional, and fast!. Sink was mounted to perfection and holes drilled for our faucet and accessories were perfect. The seam between the 2 slabs is all but invisible. Everything fits perfectly.
I could not have dreamed of a more ideal experience.
