I came to get my propane tank refilled for my propane stove.
They answered the phone promptly and gave me directions to the place. Once I arrived, I pulled to the propane service station (not in front of the office, it's to the side, see pic) and went into the office. Someone promptly came and gave me the amount of propane I requested and put the tabby back in my car for me. They also gave me some advice about another tank I had. They were honest that there was a cheaper way to fix it than bringing it to them.
I will be returning before I leave the area because they were respectful and honest.

I needed a propane regulator for my fifth wheel. I was camping about an hour away and there were no RV parts stores anywhere in the vicinity. Called these folks up and they had regulators for fifth wheels, motorhomes, and campers. I was able to drive down and pick one up, and I was back up and running same day. Great people!

I'm very disappointed in this service! Turned off my hot water with no warning, no email, no phone call, no text. Nothing. They said would be out that day to fix it and never came out. This may seem like a small issue but for a single mama with children it's a huge inconvenience, and issue.

They answer their phone, no recording or clueless person. Real, local people who keep local money local. They are helpful when you call about a problem you basically have no idea what you are talking about and they are prompt to take care of the problem. There are no hidden charges, no surprises. Thank you Jennifer for being so helpful!

We needed to refill our RV propane tanks. Amerigas wouldn’t do it the last time we came through. Glad to find this place, “find” being the operative word as Google puts it on the wrong place on the map. Drive south on 395 to the first right after the golf course, and it will be on the left. We had good, quick service.

Staff is rude, with an arrogant attitude. I'm contemplating going to Amerigas
I always use small business, I feel its incredibly important, but too many times the staff has been rude. I'm not willing to pay to be talked down to.
I realize their business has not been affected by covid, but ours has. No need to add insult to injury by talking to your clients as if they are less than.

I do not use Eastern Sierra Propane. But we’ve had such a huge issue with Amerigas and being on hold with them on every occasion, sometimes up to 2.25 hours (yes, I was that desperate) had me calling ESP. Two rings. It was two rings before they answered! The lady was very helpful, and although they didn’t provide the service we needed, I desperately hope I can deal with them in the future.

This company is okay when you deal with the people BUT they have one great, big, monstrous problem! Any customer who pays their bills online WILL BE UNABLE TO PAY THIS BILL ONLINE!!!! Granted, you can call them with a credit card number. However, if you, like me, pay everything online, you will be unable to pay this bill like all of your other bills. For me, this is a big problem. I have spoken to them many times over our 18 years of dealing with them and they just refuse to join the world. They won't allow you to view your bill online, much less pay it! For out of town homeowners this is a big problem. They refuse to fix this or even set up a paypal account. I'm through.
