I highly recommend our realtor Jose Franco and Eastern Sierra Realty. He was very knowledgeable of the areas around Bishop. We searched for a house from Independence to Benton and everywhere in between. He was always pleasant to work with and patient with us when we changed our minds a few times between some properties. I recently bought a home with the assistance of Jackie Blackamore. Our experience with Jackie was outstanding. Jackie consistently kept us well informed about properties as they became available and made herself available for showings on week-ends as we needed to travel 4 hours to Inyo/Mono counties to see homes. Jackie has excellent knowledge of the area. Moreover, when we found a home, Jackie expertly guided us through the process of purchase. While we have been homeowners for many years, the process of purchasing a home in California had many details that were new to us as buyers. I found that Jackie helped us stay abreast of the complexities of the process and she was always patient and professional when we posed an abundance of questions. Over the course of the purchase, I was exceedingly pleased with her professionalism and knowledge of the area. She took the time to organize inspections, reach out to lenders, offer resources for insurance and other services and generally made us feel we were in the most competent hands. Amazing, thoughtful, and professional team that know their business incredibly well. I can't say enough about how great Eastern Sierra Realty was in handling the sale of our unique property. They handled all coordination and contact of contractors to conduct repairs to the house and property. We were living a few hours away and this was beyond helpful.
