I called this company for an emergency response to a problem. No one else could solve. I own a new Chevy product trailer camera, and the connection that pulls out of the truck is extremely difficult to work with especially if you forget to unplug it and rip it out eastern video services was confident and able to be able to handle the problem and fix it for a fraction of the price Very polite and professional. Do not hesitate to give them a call for any of your video needs.

I brought my TV in after it decided to start endlessly power cycling and regular fixes didn't work. I knew something was definitely wrong. I was looking for local repair places and saw that Eastern Video Service had good reviews. Well I'll tell you right now, these guys deserve a full five stars across the board. Frankie went above and beyond to really help me out. He got in contact with the manufacturer on my behalf and was able to get them to cover the cost of the repair, which otherwise would have been an insanely expensive repair bill, basically justifying buying a whole new TV at that point. I can't recommend them enough. Absolutely satisfied with the impeccable service and I'll certainly be recommending them to anyone I know who runs into TV issues. Thanks!
