Could not imagine a better experience renting A/V equipment. James is very knowledgeable, carries top-notch, well maintained (brand new it seemed in my case) equipment and has a very efficient and thoughtful process for ensuring your successful event. I had only one question for him when setting it up and he answered my call immediately (on a Sunday!) and quickly walked me through changing the setting I needed. Friendly and professional as anyone could be. Highly recommended 🙂

The BEST Experience I ever had: Called Easy Audio Rental the morning of the event (in a panic mode)after I arrived into the city from Out-Of-town for a hired gig only to find that the venue that was rented had not only inadequte BUT Zero equipment. James answered the phone on the first ring - was very accomodating and within an hour I had more gear than I actually needed...including Lights, two mics and stands Plus a super sounding Peavy Triplex complete system which came with a Booming Sub. Had to keep on turning the vol. down coz the system was bumping Loud and Clear for the venue . My client was very happy as they were in a panic mode as well due to the hotel's lack of the promised equipment - but James saved the day and the event and was very flexible on Picking up, system hookup guidance and rental return. I couldve posted a vid if system allowed but I guess pics say it all. Thank you James / Easy Audio Rental.....will for sure live to remember this everlasting experience. If I could give 6 stars I def' would. Expect me again soon. Thanks and God Bless

Such a great experience renting from Easy Audio! The owner was extremely nice and helpful and the quality of the equipment was excellent. We rented a karaoke speaker, two mics with stands and the light bar for a bachelorette party. It was totally the highlight of the weekend and the light bar really made it an experience, set the mood and got everyone excited! Highly recommend for a fun experience for any party!

I called Easy Audio in a panic at 8AM on a Saturday... another audio equipment rental company dropped the ball, leaving us high and dry hours before an event. We had a great experience with Easy Audio Rental after renting the wedding reception package and adding two light bars. After a quick lesson on how to setup and use the equipment upon pickup, I was able to set it all up myself within 15 minutes without any issues. We used it for both the ceremony and reception and everything went perfectly. The microphone quality was great, and between the subwoofer, speakers, and light bars that reacted to the music it really made it feel like a dance floor. It felt like we didn’t go over 50% on the volume at all and it was BUMPING. James was always a quick text or call away to answer any questions as well. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone who is looking for a quality and affordable audio set up for weddings or any event. Thanks again for making our wedding even better!

Easy Audio is exactly that!! I booked a venue unknown to the fact that they didn’t have an audio system.
