This is a great place for freezing your fish and seafood or you can even buy fresh salmon and other seafood here too. The staff are very friendly and kind and happy to provide all the information about fishing and freezing you catch or shipping your catch. I would definitely come back again to Valdez.

This is a no-frills, gets-the-job-done seafood processor. Between the charter boats, Chitina dip netting and legendary pink salmon run near the Solomon Gultch weir, I'm not sure how they can stay on top of everything manage to process all of the fish by the open of the following business day, but they never disappoint.

I have read some of the one-star reviews claiming that folks did not receive the same fish they dropped off or that the incoming weight did not match the pick up weight. Here's my take: There is no faking the Copper River slime that coats the reds in that river during dip netting season. It would be too obvious and probably way too much effort to fake. Also I am the world's worst fish filleter. Nobody on the planet can accidentally fillet their fish into as many unique shapes as I can. I can 100% attest that the fillets that I receive back from them have the same ridiculous shapes that I manage to cut the originals into minus a little bit because they are nice enough to clean up all the rib bones peritoneal lining that I can't manage to cut out myself.

Reasonable prices, good service, and I use them every time I'm in Valdez.

Me and my husband are former employees and definitely recommend this place! They are very well organized and make sure your fish is processed exactly how you ask for it, and give great options for storing fish and booking charters! We had some of our own fish processed here, and they were very fast and the fish was sealed well. The customer service is also great, and they are always willing to answer any questions you have, whether they're about fish processing, charters, fishing in the area, or even cooking techniques! Mike and Donna clearly care about their customers and employees, and are passionate about what they do. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Had a fabulous experience halibut fishing. We went out with Captain Jason Grove. Didn't catch the big one, but we were on them catching the whole time. We limited out for each person on the boat. Our biggest was about 65lbs.

Captain filleted the fish and Easy Freeze packaged and froze them. Helpful throughout the whole process on both ends as this was our first time. Would highly recommend!

Dropped off some Halibut and Salmon fillets to be sealed and frozen. Polite, professional, quick, and quality service. This is a very efficient operation and well worth the money. We’ll be back for sure. They also offer a wide variety of frozen seafood for purchase!
