I reached out and followed the process that was given to me. I am beyond grateful for the inspection that was done, and the follow up that was completed. I had originally reached out for a separate issue, and the kind and professional inspectors noted A TON of other stuff (weather stripping, carbon monoxide detectors) To have these now is such a huge relief it really puts tears in my eyes going into the winter knowing that my home is in great shape. I am really incredibly grateful for the help and service that was given to me, thankful for the workers and also for the grant program that allows these services to qualifying residents. -
