My EcoGuard experience from first call to service was excellent. I was provided a good deal by the sales rep, good communication from the main office. The technicians called in advance of arriving, were knowledgeable and informative, and provided a thorough but quick service to treat an ant problem. Shortly after the treatment, I knew it was working as I saw a large number of ants reacting near a nest site - as I read might happen.

Joshua was very knowledgeable and explained what he could and could not do, the reasons for each, let me know how long he would be there and made very clear the instructions for how long we had to stay out of the treated areas. He swept away spider webs and debris under the eves and elsewhere. Efficiently did the spraying and left. As he left, he sent me a text to say he had finished, so that I could start timing the "stay away" period.
All in all, and very pleasant person who knew what he was doing and did his job to the fullest extent permissible by my overstuffed area. I would definitely recommend this company.

Super happy with our service. I love knowing that my home is being treated with gentle chemicals but highly effective. Technician Josh is very friendly, professional and thorough. We were having the worst ant issue , he came out to our house and treated area, within the next day the ants were completely gone. Highly recommended ecoguard pest management!!!
