Our outfitter recommended Eddie's so we gave them a try. We have tried the medium hot sausage and the buck sticks and both are good. All items were vacuum sealed. We are happy with their service and would use them again.

These guys do an amazing job! They are fast, clean and courteous. All my meat was individually vacuum packed when I picked it up. The prices are very good and I will definitely be going back.

I have had deer processed here several times. The price is a great value for the product you get. Always friendly and helpful. My sons love the buck sticks, jalapeno cheddar salami is one of my favorites.

I've been bringing both axis deer and white-tailed deer here for years. Absolutely the best people in the business. Professionally run and always a smile and a thoughtful discussion about the outdoors.

As per the quality of the processing, Eddie's is by far the tastiest. And I've tried every processor within an hour drive. I mainly eat Axis Deer. And with this precious meat, I am picky. This place adds just the right amount of seasoning to the sausage -- it is so good that my kids eat the breakfast sausage faster than I can hunt it. And the processing is CLEAN. I mean really clean. I cannot say that for all the processors around here. Given how systematic they they are with their conveyor belt and cold storage (which is really cool to see--so you might ask for a peek), I have no doubt that the same Axis deer I shot is the one that ends up in my freezer. This is especially important to me because I use non-lead bullets and don't want my meat mixed up with someone else's.

In sum: this is the best wild game processor around.

Try the jalapeño cheese link-sausage. That is our new favorite!

Grew up in San Antonio/Bulverde. Tried many processors over the decades, some due to convenience/ proximity to where I live. I only go to Eddies now despite the longer drive from my house. Quality isn’t close elsewhere. True artisans here.
