So my vertical hinges were installed professionally today. I am pleased with the workmanship. This company has perfected the vertical hinge for the C8. The craftsmanship is untouchable by any other. The V2 hinge is the best money can buy. Installed by Marquise Hooker, this hinge kit created by Tim Court is frictionless and very well built. Many customers are now getting this hinge kit installed. Purchase this one if you want the best kit design ever!

Tim was awesome to work with . I just got my V2 vertical door kit installed. I did a lot of research and this kit is the only one with sealed bearings the door raises higher than other kits this kit is better hands down over the other kits out there for the C8. My wife has a C7 and we were told C7 kits will follow. it will be well worth the wait. Can't wait to have Eikon install the kit on her car.

Would not go with this company. Had their kit for a few months and it started falling apart. Posting pics for reference. Had to take my C8 to Vertical Doors Inc. to get it fixed. Would highly recommend VDI over Eikon. He also cut a support bracket for the fender that didn’t need to be cut as you can see in pics. Takes short cuts and uses low quality craftsmanship.

Very happy with the experience I had. The owner, Tim, was a pleasure to work with. And the communication was great. Their products are top quality and show ready, 100% made in the USA, unlike their competitor who' kits are made in China. The installer was very professional, and worked hard until the job was completed. If you are looking for vertical doors for your C8 corvette, I highly recommend Eikon Motorsports. 👌 💯👍

If you love your car, DO NOT go to Tim or Eikon Motorsports. This company should be put out of business. It has a D- rating on the Better Business Bureau for a reason. Read all the reviews there. I wish I never had my hinges installed through Tim. My hinges failed after 10 days. After multiple attempts to reach Tim through his customer service, email, phone calls, texts, I had No reply. He did a shitty Installation and cut the fender, supports, forgot to put screws back, that ended up puncturing my two rear tires that I had to replace. After not being able to drive my car for nearly 2 weeks, I went to Vertical Doors Inc and they showed me everything they had done wrong. I wish I would’ve went there in the first place. Do not waste your time or money with Eikon, go somewhere else.

I believed Tim at first since he made convincing videos about how superior his vertical door kits are, but I became another victim of his scheme. He told me all about how his "competitors" were intentionally ruining his reputation and that he was trying to rebuild the Eikon Motorsports company again, but you know what Vertical Doors Inc of California, a reputable, highly experienced and highly rated company, actually told me? He actually got kicked out from there for doing the things he does still to this day. Do not trust Tim or Eikon Motorsports. Trust your eyes when you see all the negative reviews and complaints. Ask me, and I will personally show you proof of how I was scammed by Tim. They look like they do just enough conversions to put videos online, and then they completely ghost you after taking your money.

I gave him over $2,700 back in September of last year for my C8 Stingray kit, and he said that it would be less than 5 weeks from payment that he would fly out to do the installation. I foolishly paid him through ZELLE. DO NOT do that because your bank or Zelle will not refund you since it is considered handing over cash to someone. 5 weeks go by where he doesn’t reach out to me at all about installation date or tracking number for my kit, or even how to access my account online when I asked. Completely ignored my phone calls, texts, emails. In January, he disconnected his personal cell phone number. Once, I got an email saying that he was in an accident and was recovering. I still gave him the benefit of the doubt and wished him a good recovery but then was continued to be ignored in my attempts to get any kind of answer from them for my kit or install date. It’s been four months of being ignored by them, so I filed a consumer complaint with the Arizona Attorney General, and now I will file a claim with the Arizona small claims court against Tim to get my money back.
Go with Vertical Doors Inc, guys. Just look at the reviews for both, and make the logical decision based on the evidence. Hopefully, this will save someone else the headache.

Tim came over to install the VR1 Eikon lambo door kit on my 2023 C8 and let me tell you it looks amazing. He pays close attention to detail and when it’s all done it looks like it came from the factory. The doors are something to get use to opening and closing but over all I love my kit. You will have to make adjustments on your doors here and there but it’s not complicated. Tim took his time installing the kit and made sure everything was working how it was supposed to. One last thing don’t pay attention to all the bad reviews you see online. I was hesitant at first but I took a chance and I don’t regret it. He’s very professional and a nice guy.

Tim and Tony came to my house to personally install the V1 series vertical doors to my C8. Install went great. Will take some time and muscle memory to get used to using the doors but that’s to be expected after opening and closing normal doors for 40+ years. Changes the whole look of the C8. Definitely will send Eikon Motorsports more business.
