Owner don't acknowledge you when you enter the store, kind of rude and prices are kind of high. You can buy sofrito for $ 2.49 at Wal-Mart. I went to the store last year while visiting my daughter in Fort Riley and back them the owner was nicer than this time June 2024 bad customer service.

Small selection of Latino specialty products. Always have a good selection and good prices on cheese. I was a little confused though when I asked about blue corn masa harina and the clerk had absolutely no idea what I was talking about, said he had never heard of it and made me second guess everything I know. Puerto Rican vs central Mexico I guess could be the disconnect I just assumed "Latino Market" would be more general. Other than that though good little spot, hope they stay in business for many years. The whole Grant Ave has gone down hill a lot.

Whent in there and their was no one at the front of the store to greet you. (Even when I called out loud to get anyones attention). The only people that seem to be their where 2 kids playing on their tablet.

I felt like a child again at this store! They got a lot of varieties of Puerto Rican goods! Candies, cookies, empanadillas, alcapurrias, piña buena, etc I LOVED IT! And they take EBT and debit cards!

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a small business, no one was at the front door to greet a huge safety concern. Secondly the alcapurrias!? Forget about it, almost as black as two pieces of charcoal. Not sure if they weren't on to of their game today but I won't be coming back. La experiencia mi tuvo muy mala 🙁

Awkward stares from the employees; keep in mind- I'm latino decent. - too pricy on most cheap Goya products. The pastries, and bread stored in awkward storage for clothing and too exposed in which considerably consists unsanitary. I would give this place a no star if I could.

This store has the best tamales with the state of Kansas for sure. She accidentally gave my daughters order to another lady once. She needs to ask for ID to verify she gives the tamales to the right person
