We have rented cars here for many years now. We enjoy the customer service, pick ups, drop offs and the over all experiences in driving all the cars we have rented including the upgrades. We never had a problem with any vehicle. They drove exceptionally well.

I have rented from the Yuba City Enterprise several times over the past 4 years. Their new facility is much nicer and more comfortable. They have hired more customer service representatives now that they are in this new location and everyone has been kind and helpful. The check in and out process has been smooth and completed much faster in the last 6 months. I have received a personal phone call from the location 1-2 days prior to double check my rental request and to let me know what to bring to expedite my service. I have been in and out with the vehicle in about 10 minutes. This is a huge improvement! I would definitely recommend renting from this location.

I appreciated the patience Jose and other staff had with me. The young lady that checked the car with me explained all the functions of the buttons, the new cars are complicated compared to my old one. We thought we had forgotten something in the trunk so we returned the next day to get it. The agent let us go check the car to see if we could find the item, since it had not been rented out yet.

The car that I rented would not go over 20 mph so I took it back and then was told it was because the D slid over to the S which put it in sport mode or something but that was not the case because when j went to see my sick grandmother in grassvalley the car started acting wired again not wanting to go over 20 mph which really scared me because i would have been stuck on the side of the road with ni service. I am lucky that i pulled over to a safe location and tirned the car off and then on and then it started driving normal and then shortly after driving home it started acting wired again . Really bad experience with this smart car .

Wow what is actually going on here? Had a 9:30 am reservation for pick up. I arrived almost a half hour EARLY & it is currently almost 10:30 a.m & I still have no car. Is it a staffing issue? Cause seriously waiting room FULL of people & service slow as a snail. Nobody is getting a car. Not sure what the point of a reservation time is if this location refuses to honor it.

Please go to literally any other car rental place. Everything about this place was a waste of time.

I called and made a reservation over the phone and I arrived early for the appointment to pickup the car. When I arrived, there was a room full of people with one person at the front desk saying that there were no cars available. That shouldn’t make sense since I have an appointment, right?

It turns out that the reservation phone line does not communicate with the enterprise front desk so there were apparently no cars available from the start. I spent $60 to Uber to my appointment just to sit there and wait for two hours so that I could spend another $60 on an Uber back to my hotel.

Enterprise doesn’t respect appointment times. What the man at the front desk explained to me was all of the cars were given out in the morning and they just wait for cars to come back to give to the next person in line.

So you make an appointment to get there and just wait until someone returns a car… please don't waste your time or money there.

Great customer service! That’s the reason for the 5 stars because it’s so hard to find these days!
But the one suggestion I have is to have more than 1 person checking people in. When I picked up the car on a Saturday morning, there was only one person checking people in and checking the card and licenses. Same thing on Wednesday afternoon. Each day there was a line of at least 5 people.
