Never have used this kennel before I went off the word of an employee from the Visitor Center in Valdez. I have to say that when back in Valdez my husband and I would have no problem leaving our dogs here again. Jim followed all our feeding protocols perfectly. Our dogs were very happy while being boarded with Valdez Kennels as was seen in the pictures Jim sent to me via text message. When we arrived with our dogs he was cleaning up the play area for the dogs. Cleanliness of the entire area was acceptable. He even made it easier for our 13 year beagle to get in & out of the dog door leading to the dog run outside the indoor pen by giving her a step to use.

Clean and quiet place, set back just far enough. The owners are good people and none of the dogs seemed distressed in the least. And great prices. I'll take Lulu there again, for my next fishing charter.
