Ordered a lift 10 weeks ago was told 6-8 weeks for shipping still haven’t received it yet or even a call with a eta
Even if their products are five stars, delays in communication not bothering to reach out , bring their overall rating down
Total was close to 6,000 so not like I didn’t spend a lot
Shipping times have been horrible ever since Covid like 6-8 weeks behind is no way to run a business hire more people sell more product make more money should be the goal

Wanted to provide a update to respond to the response that was provided
I was never called by your office during any part of the order I had to call in if you were having issues all it would have taken is a phone call to say we were running behind and provide a eta and I would have been satisfied etas were not provided to the company I placed the order threw on your end my frustration is that it is a 5 start product as many of your products are and I cannot even get it would save more backs if it were more available answering the phone doesn’t get a 5 star and yes I am upset since I want to get your wonderful products and cannot get them in a timely fashion which is understandable for taking 2 stars off
