Hey all, I received a summons for jury duty and answered the call for duty this week.It was a great experience with everyone I met and spoke with.Our group was classified as "petite" jurors and everything was very professional and organized. I would like the opportunity to be there again and I encourage you to attend your summons for jury duty should you receive the invitation.It's a citizen's civic duty to answer for jury duty.

I was in Gadsten from out of town to handle something for a relative. Today is June 4, 2020. I waited 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged by someone in the clerks office. I stood waiting While I watched The person who needed to help me walk around talking to other people. Eventually, she approached me.

My bank account was recently garnished. Without the benefit of a lawyer I went to the Circuit Clerk and was given all the information and forms I needed. They were very prompt in their response and my case was painlessly resolved. THANKS !!!!

I've never seen such a joke of a court system until I have had to deal with Judge Rhea's court. The way they continually put cases off and playing with peoples lives is a joke and travesty. No wonder the south hasn't risen again.

Really not satisfied with my experience with the clerk's office they are very rude and disrespectful.... they won't tell you anything you need to know after you already done what they needed you to do with child support papers... they don't get into no hurry.... this place either needs new employees or get better attitudes!!!!!
