I was highly disappointed with the service and product provided by ExpressTees. Despite having clear expectations for gold aluminum name tags, we were sent cheap plastic tags that were nothing like the proof we received or what was advertised on their website.

To make matters worse, the owner, Mike Woolbright, failed to address our concerns and provide a resolution, leaving us with no choice but to file a chargeback with our bank.

I had a horrible experience with Express Tees. I dropped off 2 lab coats purchased from Figs which were about $140 each. The embroidery was finished the same day but it was very messy, letters were different widths and the lowercase ‘i’ in my name looked like a lowercase ‘l’ because the dot and line were connected. I let the owner know I wasn’t happy with the quality of the work. He apologized and let me know that embroidery tech that did my coats was actually being let go and that it was his last day. I asked them to just fix the bad embroidery job and if they couldn’t fix it to please remove the stitches. I dropped the coats back off and waited for a call back or an update. A week went by.. two weeks went by.. after that I would call once a week to try and get an update. Each time, they would tell me they were working on it and would tell me it would be ready by a certain day. That day would come, I would not receive any update or call, so I would call and they would tell me the coats were still not ready. Another time, the coats were apparently being dry cleaned and were still at the cleaners.. They were attempting to remove the embroidery which takes a bit of time, but this went on for 2.5, almost 3 months. I was calling once a week and would get the same answer; that they didn’t know when the coats would be ready. I finally picked them up today and they are ruined. The outline of the embroidery is clearly visible and the thread is tattered. The owner refused to reimburse me for the coats but did reimburse me for the cost of embroidery. So in the end.. my beautiful (and expensive) coats were ruined.

In summary, bad customer service, unprofessional, never returned my calls, ruined my coats, did not take responsibility for the damage.
