I had amazing experience with the Extra Space Storage! The app is very easy to navigate for opening the gates and storage room. I had my stuff stored for 2 month and when I came back to pick it up it was still in great condition, nothing went bad or got damaged, no smell, it was perfect! The customer service is also fantastic? They helped me with finalizing the move out and took care of my other inquiries quickly and smoothly! Love this storage company, I’ll be coming back for sure!

Extra Space is great and has a fantastic option for smaller storage needs! Clean, green and not mean ? Steven and Fidel were extremely friendly and helpful and made sure I could find my spot and that I wouldn’t get lost! ?️ Map made it easy to navigate, highly recommend!

Jamal the manager was extremely helpful and showed me a couple of units on the spot. I was able to pick one within five minutes and sign a lease immediately. Nice clean and safe seeming facility too.

I am giving 5 stars even though I haven't moved things in yet --because I was very impressed by Apolo, the office manager, who took a great deal of time with me to explain the terms, work out the most advantageous payment solution, and show me the available space. He was professional, friendly, and I truly felt he had my best interests in mind. For that I'm very grateful.

Jamal thank you extra storage company I know this is prime storage in Kelly Taylor's town. ? True though best service around economically viable. Clean secure. Transparent and ease in getting unit. Easy to upgrade nice town and best associates like like over at Dominos. Yeah!! Update: Thank you! I usually fully follow lease papers and yes its true I read them over. Ask questions if need more clarity. And I spent time with other leases cleanest person around and NEVER damage property yall got the leaser and best ethical man. You got the prince in the house.
