This company was referred through my insurance company. It experienced unprofessional, inappropriate, harassing behavior of their employee
Mujtaba Shaquri during a service call on Monday November 14, 2022.

Mr. Shaquri made me feel uncomfortable by continually asking me if I lived by myself and why I wasn’t married or have a boyfriend because I was so beautiful. Due to my discomfort, I decided to leave my bedroom and return to the first floor. As I was leaving my bedroom, Mr. Shaquri was in the adjacent room which was not in any way part of the damages he was there to repair. My dirty clothes hamper is located in the room. He had my bra from the hamper and was rubbing it on his private part area. When he saw me, he threw the bra back in the hamper. I told him he needed to leave my house. He gathered his belongings and went to his truck. I contacted the police because I felt completely unsafe and wanted the incident on record.
