Okay, the employees there are amazing! If you need animal processing done, they are the place to go. So friendly, helpful, and just all-around incredible to work with. I had questions, and they were quick and cheery when explaining to me, without sounding like, 'I've said this like a million time just today'. My new favorite place! Family Tree Meats gets a 5-Star rating for their friendliness, cleanliness, attention to customer detail, the care they have for the customers (can I give customer care a 10 Star rating?) and the way they work to make the entire experience from animal drop off to meat pickup, a smooth process. I love the way they package the meat, ground meat is in squares, every package is double wrapped and maintains its freshness, even for a couple years. Yes, I have meat that is over a year, maybe 2 years old and still wrapped well and no freezer burn. Tyler and his team are working hard to provide a much needed service in our area. Keep up the great work!!

Don’t let your guard down, I would 100% recommend getting a live weight before you drop off and checking every package before you go home. Amongst other problems, packaging is below standard and the only resolution was a discount next time around. If I could give zero stars I would. #eatbeef

Second time we've had a deer processed here. Spotless facility. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast. Deer comes wrapped in cubes - so much easier to stack in the freezer! Looks like the next generation is taking over and doing a fantastic job.

I've had them process calves for me several years now and I'm always pleased with the packaging and help deciding what cuts I want. Their packaging is plastic and shrink wrapped and I never get freezer burned meat even found some minute steaks from 2017 in 2020 and no freezer burn. Still good too.

I've delete with these folks for years. They have butchered & processed both deer & cattle for me; &, I've purchased steaks from them. It's always been excellent & done to order. Their locker is spotless. Highly recommended!
