Unorganized, unprofessional, and an absolute mess. I have had a couple bad experiences at this specific FedEx, but the one that I had today will keep me from ever going back. I got a banner printed for an event I am working this weekend, and when I went to pick up the sign, it had a giant smear in the middle of it. They offered to make me another one, which I agreed to even though it frustrated me since I was on my lunch break which was only an hour and I knew I would not be able to come back until later. And I also want to know why they wouldn't check it before the customer came to pick it up? Anyways, after returning many hours later, I came to pick up my sign and they tried to double charge me. I had already paid for the sign when I got it ordered the previous two days before that. Apparently, their computer was messed up and it wasn't showing that I paid for the item even though I was showing them my bank statement with the charge had already processed and gone through. The man helping me quite literally told me, " I cannot let you leave with the sign" even though I already paid for it. I repetitively told him many times that it should not be the customers problem just because they have a screwup on their end but he absolutely refused to give the sign to me until I had already sat there and argued with him for 20 minutes. Everyone here needs to learn some serious customer service skills. Why on earth would you make the customer pay for the fact that your computer isn't working? That is not my problem and has nothing to do with me. And neither will this store because I am literally never coming back here again. They need to hire a completely new staff for this store because no one here ever knows what they're talking about. And while they're at it, they should get a completely new computer system, because that apparently never works either. I highly recommend going to the FedEx in Walnut Creek over this one.

Extremely irritated and disappointed that when I told staff including the manager my delivery was expecting 2 boxes that needed to be refrigerated (temp sensitive medication). They said they only received one and that it is 1 box per tracking ID. So I picked up the one this morning thinking maybe the other box didn't arrive yet waiting for a second tracking ID to be texted to me or maybe they did send just one box with everything in there. I work during the day and had a midday appointment so I couldn't call them to double check till the afternoon as I never received a second tracking ID. They said they found the second box and I had to leave work again to go back down there. Box had already been sitting there for hours and the medicine was not cheap so hoping it's still viable as it needs to be taken this week.
Next time just do your job and instead of guessing actually double check to avoid putting others in a predicament.

I had a signature required package held at this location while I was traveling. They said that my driver's license wasn't enough proof of identity and asked for a power bill or similar to verify my identity. I can buy a car with less than that. It was an unreasonable request and they can return it to sender on their own dime.

I really dislike FedEx in general. Their company isn't very "customer" oriented if you know what I mean. However, my experience with KIM at this location was awesome. She was very patient helping me with a graphic I needed printed in a hurry. They were kinda busy and she was attentive to me and helped me solve my printing emergency. I was in and out in 10 mins. Thank you Kim! I was so impressed, I went to the FedEx website to submit a compliment, but they have no way to leave one except calling in, and no thank you, I've been on hour long holds with them before. Kim, I wish your company had some way to leave a compliment on their website so you could get some sort of recognition for your hard work, but just know, I appreciated the good customer service. Thank you!

Was in yesterday night it wasn't busy just 2 other people; I was next in line. The lady came over asked what she could help me with I said I needed to print invitations and send the file to her. She gave me an email to send it to and walked away. The email I needed to send took all of 2 seconds to send...while she took what felt like a lifetime to get back to me she helped another customer who came in after me she helped start a new project with a new staff member while I'm standing there looking at her.when she finally get back to me she never returns to the counter she talks at me from across the room say about 10feet. How many do you want? I felt like I was the problem when I asked what kind of paper or if it could be printed a certain way...which she responded again from across the room we only have one paper and this is the only way! No customer should ever leave feeling like they were the problem for wanting genuine customer service and someone to smile at them. Even if it's just getting something printed for them. I am so disappointed with my service at this fed ex although it is so close to my home I am not sure I will go back. On the other hand there was a young gentleman that was assisting others he was so friendly and helpful. he asked if I had any other questions on my way out i was curious if he had envelopes for my invites he walked around the counter to show me where they might be...he even interacted with my baby this is the way customers should be treated like they are important.

I came in today to do a return and the guy working there was little to no help. Its annoying when you have people with 0 to no customer service skills. Retrain the staff!!!
Also hate when I come into a location and I see the face of someone who hates being there or hates their job!

I would rate my experience with Kim(store) manager a negative 1 for customer service and lack of knowledge on FedEx product offering.
The store manager failed to answer my basic questions on confirmation delivery options available through FedEx. Her tone of voice was aggresive and choice of words demeaning.
It’s concerning a manager level FedEx employess lacks skills on customer service , company product offering, and conflict resolution. Avoid this place if you can. Good luck FedEx for this store manager repesent your brand image!
