last week a rock that came from a fence factory truck broke my window. i keep calling for 3 days until i was able to talk to someone.
when i finally did who ever i talk to made me feel like i was trying to scam the company,i told him what time it happen i sent him a picture of the truck and he still keep saying it was not one of his truck that it was impossible because they were carrying potter potters.that it does not make sense to me.they do put those things on the grown .im 100% sure that rock came from that truck.i waned him to take responsability for braking my window but instead he was with a nasty attitude.i told him if he feels he is doing the correct thing, and i told him god is watching him .maybe they need the money more than me ,and it is fine if they dont want to fix my window .things come around

Be careful with this business. I rented a potty potty for 8 months and found out at the very end that Their billing cycle is 28 days instead of 30 days , that means they can charge customers 13 months out of a year instead 12 months as every human being knows only 12 months in a year. Very tricky business practice as if nobody knows what they’re doing!

Walking in I felt like it was professional. I looking for gate hardware & some fencing for a repair at a clients home. Knowing what I needed I thought I would describe my problem to the lady behind the counter & see what kind of answer or materials she would recommend.
Needless to say , she was on it, knowing exactly what is needed , I was impressed, she knew her fencing & materials better than any other male or female I've had help me.
All in all my experience with fence factory was more then satisfying and I will be returning there every time fence projects come up.

Worst service ever charged me for weeks that were not cleaned went 40 days without a cleaning but they still charging for weekly service when dealing with Pamela in the atascadero unit all she wanted to do is talk down to me and lie even though I have proof of the last cleaning and then when they finally come to clean it after a heated email conversation they take the porta potty with no replacement saying it was dirty

Hard to imagine that a company would continue to employ such unprofessional people. Office person was rude, yard person was borderline combative. Will not do business with this company again.
